Since 2004 I have worked in IT for more than 20 years, from POS system maintenance and server operations to in-house systems, workflow automation and data management for web services. One situation came up again and again: "The systems are in place, yet people still sit between them, copying and pasting."
Living as a wheelchair user has taught me that inconvenience can be solved with ingenuity. The manual wall between LINE and your business system disappears when the integration is designed properly. That conviction is why I specialise in LINE integration.
Wa-Node is a B2B partner specialising in connecting LINE with business systems (Salesforce, kintone, HubSpot and Google Sheets). Together with the people who already run those systems, we design a setup that frees them from manual work.

Why focus on LINE integration
Working in IT, I kept seeing people re-typing information even after a system was introduced: LINE inquiries copied by hand into customer management, or LINE applications tracked separately from everything else. The more systems there are, the more manual work there is.
A LINE Official Account is a powerful point of contact, but it rarely works on its own. Only when LINE and your business system are properly connected do automated responses, a single source of customer data and fewer missed inquiries become possible.
By focusing on LINE integration, Wa-Node takes responsibility from requirements through launch and maintenance.
Career
- 1999–2004
Restaurant manager and franchise store management, including staff management. Certified as an Industrial Counselor in 2002.
- 2004
UNIX server monitoring and system operations at a manufacturing site.
- 2004–2008
Maintenance and repair of POS systems for restaurants (MS-DOS / Windows XP) and in-store LAN cabling.
- 2008–2010
In-house IT and process improvement at a reuse retail company. Built custom mobile terminals from compact PCs and remote-control software, roughly halving on-site working time. Also consolidated sales data in Access and installed and maintained servers.
- 2010–2024
Independent web and system projects.
- 2024–2025
Operated a data management system built on Bubble and Google Sheets, and ran a WordPress media site, at an IT and web services company.

Founded Wa-Node, specialising in connecting LINE with business systems.
